Carrier Ledger is run by Neverclosed (tryneverclosed.com) ("we"). It shows copies of public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and changes we observe in them. We are not affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.

No advice, no rating. Red flags are mechanical checks on public data. They are not a judgement that a company is or is not safe, honest or fit to use, and not legal, insurance or compliance advice. You remain responsible for your own carrier vetting.

Accuracy. We copy FMCSA's data as published, once a day. FMCSA's records can be late or wrong, and so can our copy. Always confirm on FMCSA's own site before acting.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost loads, cargo, revenue or fraud losses.

Free trial. A first Pro or Team subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. Stripe asks for a card when the trial starts; nothing is charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before it ends, the card is charged the plan's monthly price on the day it ends. We email a reminder before then when your address is confirmed.

Billing. Paid plans renew automatically every month at the price shown on the pricing page until you cancel. Cancel any time with the Billing button on your account page; the plan then runs to the end of the period already paid and moves to the free plan, keeping your watchlist. If you were charged and did not mean to be, send a request from the help page within 14 days of the charge and it will be refunded.

Fair use. Don't resell the service, overload it, or use it to harass anyone listed in public records.
